Our podcast occasionally incorporates brief excerpts from the CW television show "Supernatural" for purposes of transformative commentary and analysis. We believe this use falls under the Fair Use doctrine codified in Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act. The included clips are short, constituting only a miniscule  portion of the orginal work, and serve to illustrate specific points within our critical commentary.
